Option One
$23.95 plus tax and 20% gratuity (select three to four choices)


Certified Angus Prime Rib of Beef prepared to your liking accompanied with aujus
 
Certified Black Angus Filet Mignon stuffed with bleu cheese and walnuts. You many also choose a Lobster stuffing for and additional cost. *$26.95*
 
Chicken Cordon Bleu – Lightly breaded stuffed with imported Swiss cheese and procuitto ham, topped with our own Alfred sauce.
 
Nantucket Shrimp – Fresh wild American Shrimp wrapped around crab meat stuffing and baked with clarified butter.  *Lobster and crabmeat stuffing is also available at an additional cost*
 
Chicken Capri – Chicken breast sautéed with cayenne, parmesan cheese and marshal wine served with our own rice pilaf.
 
Portobella Mushroom Ravioli -- topped with Alfredo sauce and fresh sautéed mushrooms.
 
Lobster Ravioli with Crab Alfredo Sauce
 
Herb and Pecan Crusted Salmon – Fresh Alaskan salmon with roasted pecans served atop fresh vegetables.

Choice of Potato (choice of one)
Mashed, Scalloped, Roasted Red Skin, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Horseradish Mashed, Baked, Mashed Sweet Potatoes with pecans and bourbon brown sugar, or Cream Cheese and chive mashed potatoes.

 
Vegetable Choices
Honey glazed carrots, buttered cauliflower, broccoli with parmesan cheese, roasted green beans with shallots and hazelnuts, ratatouille, or roasted garlic asparagus.
 
Option Four
(Available May 15 -  September 30)
 
Chicken and rib barbeque over coal and corn cobs seasoned with Chef Patrick’s secret seasoning and homemade barbeque sauce. Included with the barbeque is Caesar salad, bread, baked potato and vegetable. This is all you can eat! $17.95
 
Dessert Choices (choice of two) - $4.75 per dessert
Cheese cake with cherries, carrot cake, chocolate peanut butter pie, chocolate silk or
