for receptions. We have a staff that can go into your home and prepare
an entire meal or event, so that you can enjoy your party! Menus can be

It has been many years since the lodge has entered the world of catering. With little marketing we began Catering weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, graduations, both here at the lodge and other locations. We have catered to local halls and parks and have even catered in people’s homes. This is an unusual service that provides the host or hostess with a service that allows them to enjoy their occasion. My Staff not only caters all the food and all the necessary supplies and utensils to the private home, but when we leave the staff leaves the home as if a function had not even taken place. Imagine the dinner party for twenty-five that you have never fully enjoyed because of the worry of cooking and cleaning up. Now for a few dollars more and a lot less stress our servers and chefs will come to your home and provide the entire service from hors’douerves to dessert, then the dreaded cleanup. Spoil yourself and enjoy the entire party and all your friends and family next time and let our staff give you a real treat.
We are able to cater events up to 325-350 people outside the lodge and up to 225 at the lodge, on the hill. It is required that if you have your wedding here you must reserve the lodging at Riverview Suites, which are twelve suites. If your wedding is smaller, 50 –100 that would not be necessary, but certainly it make your day more flexible to have rented the entire facility.
Executive Chefs Patrick has prepared a great combination of menus and al Carte choices. His experience here at the lodge exceeds eighteen years and they have become experts in the field and highly respected in the area. They have created menus that can be customized for your occasion or you can prepare the menu of your choice from our banquet menus and hordouerve menu.
We also realize that everyone has a budget and we welcome the opportunity to work with you to create a beautiful and memorable experience that you can afford. The Lodge also does a terrific job with Banquets, Christmas parties, bridal showers and many other occasions.
